No Return, No Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Due to the nature of our products, including perfumes and attars, returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Fragrance preference issues

• Opened or used products

• Incorrect orders placed by customers

Damaged or Wrong Product

In case you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Clear unboxing video

• Photos of the product and packaging

After verification, eligible cases may qualify for a replacement or store credit.

Claims made without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed or shipped.
